Changes

Inspections

  • The “Pending Inspections” feature has been updated to remain consistent with the “Compliance Calendar.” Inspectors who do not have template permissions will now be able to view (but not start) pending inspections.
  • “Safe Actions” data has been added to both “No Log-in Reports” and “Inspection PDF Reports” (simple and full view).
  • “Action Scope” data has been added to the “Inspection PDF Reports.”
  • Within SAM inspections, a new notification has been added that will automatically trigger after the completion of an inspection and based on the severity configuration.

Chemical Inventory

  • For the “Requisition Resolution” process, hazard, NFPA, and DOT information have been added to the new “Catalog Entry” page.
  • A “Create Data” filter has been added to the chemical inventory.
  • On the “Chemical Inventory Disposal” form, when the “Container Quantity” field is empty, the quantity value defaults to 1 and the unit field is enabled (defaulting to “Unit”).
  • The “Created By” field in the “Chemical Inventory” data table will now display the name of the “API Requester.”
  • A TRI report has been added to the “Chemical Inventory Reports” tab.
  • A site setting has been added that allows users to hide or show the “Show All”/”Show Mine” button within the Chemical Inventory.
  • Hazard information is now included in “Chemical Inventory Export” data.
  • The “Transfer” process can now perform bulk approvals and rejections.

A “Waste API” process has been implemented for “Disposals” within the Chemical Inventory

LATCH

  • A “Door Sign” Module has been added to LATCH, that generates a PDF with details such as hazards, PPE requirements, and Emergency Contact information for a selected location based on the available Chemical Inventory and LATCH data.
  • A “Training Expiration” column has been added to the “LATCH Training” data table.
  • Within the “LATCH Files” form, a “Search and Select” feature has been added to the “PI” (Principal Investigator) dropdown field.

Data Manager

  • The format for the “Export Report” fields has been standardized.
  • A “Location” column has been added to both the “Supply Requests” data table and “Exports.”
  • A “Group Additional Fields” filter has been added under the “Group” filter.
  • A “Manufacturer Merge” feature has been added.

Ram Inventory

 

  • A “Disposal Date” field has been added to the “Ram Inventory Disposal” form.

Incidents

  • An alert has been added to notify users when they enter an “Incident Type” name that exceeds 8 characters.
  • An alert has been added to notify users when they attempt to create a new “Manufacturer” on the “Chemical Inventory” form.
  • An “Actual Start Date” filter has been added to “Incidents” and “Incident Dashboards.”

Dashboards

  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 corrective actions by “Question.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 corrective actions by “Department.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 corrective actions by “Group.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 corrective actions by “Inspector.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 corrective actions by “PI Inspection.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 inspections by “Group.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 inspections by “PI.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 group inspections by “Unsafe Responses.”
  • A widget has been added that displays the count of the top 10 PI inspections by “Unsafe Responses.”
  • A widget has been added for “SAM” that displays the severity of the count by “Category.”

Others

  • The reports generated through the “Report Scheduling” feature now include the “Date Period” selected during generation.
  • An import has been added for “Asset Rosters.”
  • The SDS import process now supports the “Catalog ID” on the import sheet.
  • The “Risk Rating” calculation has been updated.
  • A new import for collecting waste data has been added to a client’s site.
  • A “User Integration” API has been added for a client.
  • A report type called “Action Report” has been added under “Report Scheduling.”
  • A new integration for a client’s cost center has been added to their site.
  • New notifications have been added for time-sensitive chemicals for a client’s site.

Updates

Inspections

  • There was an error with the formatting for “Inspector Notes,” but this has been updated.
  • Corrective Actions were not being generated for numeric questions, but this has been updated.
  • Special characters were not displaying properly in the “Exported Inspection” questions. This has been updated.
  • Users were unable to perform “Asset Inspections,” despite having permission for the respective “Asset” type within their department. This has been updated.
  • Data containing commas was causing the “Corrective Action” comment to move into the next cell during export. This has been updated.
  • The “Assigned Inspector” filter was having issues under “Pending Inspections” and “Compliance Calendar.” These have been resolved.
  • There were discrepancies for the “Unsafe Observations” count on the “SAM Summary,” “Project Summary” and “Subgroup Summary” pages. These have been resolved.

The “Component” label on the “SAM Dashboard” has been updated.

Chemical Inventory

  • The loading time for general users of the Chemical Inventory has been updated.
  • Users with “Update” or “Admin” permissions were unable to perform bulk “Transfer” and “Dispose” actions, but this has been updated.
  • Users with certain permissions were unable to perform “Transfers” within the Chemical Inventory, but this has been updated.
  • The “Status” field change on the “Catalog” form has been updated.

Permits

  • When transferring the “RAM Permit” from one owner to another user, the respective assets and spaces were not transferred, but this has been updated.
  • Child questions were displayed for general users, even when restricted to display only for users with “Admin” permissions, but this has been updated.
  • A warning will now display when users attempt to submit a “Sub-form” without answering the required questions.

Incidents

  • Incident data was not being displayed the “Incident Report” was opened from the “Open Incidents” tab. This has been updated.
  • Unrelated child questions will no longer trigger on “Incident” forms.
  • An alert will now be triggered when users do not complete mandatory “Checkbox” questions.

Others

  • URLs generated through Labcliq emails were experiencing a bug. This has been updated.
  • The discrepancy for the “Safe/Unsafe Observation” count in Dashboard has been updated.
  • A user’s profile page will no longer show the “Create New Asset” button when they do not have the appropriate permissions.
