Inspections & Observations

  • Corrective action reassignment emails now support the use of a no-login link variable (nologin_actionlink).
  • Support was added for uploading a variety of file types to the corrective action response for inspections (Excel, Word, PDF, and images).
  • The ‘History’ popup for repeat corrective actions has been updated to more clearly depict what the two charts are showing.

LATCH(Laboratory Assessment Tool & Chemical Hygiene)

  • Room types are now visible under Laboratory Assessment Tool & Chemical Hygiene (LATCH) ‘Activity Locations’, which will assist users in easily distinguishing between room types when making selections.
  • For PI-required Laboratory Assessment Tool & Chemical Hygiene (LATCH) reviews, the review/finalization page has been updated such that the PI must add their electronic signature before being able to finalize the assessment.

Permit Authorizations

  • A group of users can now be added as reviewers in a single step using tags. These users/reviewers are also automatically removed upon final approval of a permit.
  • Permit Special Conditions can now be set for each individual permit type.
  • The order/presence of all columns in the permits main table can now be configured. Note: the standard system fields will always be prioritized first ahead of the form question fields.
  • Support was added for allowing collection questions (checkbox, radio, dropdown) to trigger child questions on forms.
  • Support was added for allowing text block child questions on forms.
  • Response options for checkbox/radio-style questions are now arranged neatly in columns instead of one long column.

RAM(Radioactive Materials Management)

  • Original Assay Activity has been added to the details of all Radioactive Materials Management (RAM) inventory items.
  • An option has been added to Radioactive Materials (RAM) order forms to upload file attachments.

Updates

Data Manager

  • If a user who was entered as an org/dept roster member was archived, they appeared to be removed from the role but still received email notifications. This has been updated.

Exports

  • In the “Export All Permits Data” export, ID numbers were showing for biological agent names instead of the actual agent names. This has been updated.

Inspections & Observations

  • For Inspection Reviews, if an inspector was given a request to change by the reviewer, when they resubmit, it went back under review again, and continued to do so until the reviewer finalized/completed it. This has been updated.

Permit Authorizations

  • The triggering of subforms on collection checkbox questions was being prevented. This has been updated.
  • Selected roster members are once again being added as reviewers upon final permit approval.
  • On User search questions in forms, a search of a full name (e.g. “John Smith”) will return results; previously a search like this returned no results.
