What's Changed

INSPECTIONS & OBSERVATIONS:

  • Added Inspection schedule assignment based on Room Type.
  • Labcliq Admin: Allow to cancel inspection from Complete Inspection data table.
  • Added Inspection schedule assignment based on higher-level assignments (facility, location, department, organization).
  • Support for Restricted Inspection Templates/Checklists (only available if explicitly assigned)
  • Data Manager detailed view updated for Rooms, Assets, and Users will reference any inspections in which the selected was in the inspection scope.

DASHBOARDS & ANALYTICS/REPORTS

  • Added New EPIC Dashboard, showing module (Inspections, Corrective Actions, Incidents, LATCH) specific charts, metrics and data tables.
  • Added a share link option for filtered dashboards.

LATCH (LABORATORY ASSESSMENT TOOL & CHEMICAL HYGIENE):

  • Added support for Group focused signature collection with email notification.

PERMIT AUTHORIZATIONS/PERMIT MANAGEMENT:

  • Modified Permit Denial action to be treated as resubmission of application and restarting the approval process.
  • Added an update event to permit application reviewers when authorized user’s roster changes.
  • Updated to display all attachments from entire history of a permit application, not just files added as part of the current renewal/amendment.
  • Added support for individual comments for each question in a larger repeated set.
  • Improved change tracking display in forms for text, showing changes in-line.
  • Improved change tracking display in form for tick boxes.
  • New section added to permit application/amendment view to see all form changes.
  • Completed forms gain ability to show/hide questions by clicking on question text.
  • Completed forms will display multi-part questions as a table for easier reading.
  • Table of Contents style navigation added to forms

COMPLIANCE CALENDAR:

  • Added logic-driven program selection for the classification list.
  • Provided an option in advanced filters to select/deselect entire location or entire organization values by checking on the parent location/organization check box.

RAM (RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT) INVENTORY & RADIATION SAFETY:

  • Under Add Inventory form, moved Save & Cancel buttons to bottom of form.
  • Upon saving or completing the form, the updated contents will be reloaded on the window.

DATA MANAGER:

  • Added Hire Date field on User Details form and User Custom Settings form.
  • New Export added to Data Manager for permit application/amendment/renewal timelines.

CHEMICAL INVENTORY SYSTEMS & SDS INTEGRATIONS:

  • Added printing functionality for inventory item barcodes.

IMPORTS:

  • Added import script to update users’ status.
  • Added new column support (type) for Custom Fire Extinguisher inspection upload.

EMAIL VALIDATIONS:

  • Added validation to each email address before sending an email. If it’s an invalid email address then email won’t get sent, but it’ll be just saved as an entry under view email log section.

What's Fixed

INCIDENT SECTION ASSIGNMENT REMINDER EMAILS ISSUE:

  • Fixed Section assignment reminder emails scheduling for Incident Management.
  • Prevented sending of Section assignment reminder emails for deleted Incidents.

COMPLIANCE CALENDAR FILTER ISSUE:

  • Fixed filter application when updating categories (Pending Inspections, Compliance, etc.) or calendar month.
  • Fixed calendar redrawing bug that created a blank calendar after selecting filters.

RAM (RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT) ADD INVENTORY FORM ISSUES:

  • Activity values are now honored as expected while adding inventory to a container.
  • The Radioactive Materials Management (RAM) Permit lines with no expiration date are also included in the list on ‘Add New Item’ form.
  • Prevented Activity Used from showing wrong values in Usage log under Radioactive Materials Management (RAM) Inventory page.

PERMIT AUTHORIZATIONS:

  • Prevented displaying of ‘Form Updated’ badge after form is completed.
  • Validations are added for ‘File Upload’ type questions on Forms. An error message will be displayed if a required ‘File Upload’ type question was left unattended.
  • Refined logic to prevent missing tracked form changes for permit amendment or renewals.

WASTE MANAGEMENT, HAZARDOUS & REGULATED WASTE:

  • Data Manager Waste Pickup Schedule export fixed to include all filtered selections, not just current page

LATCH (LABORATORY ASSESSMENT TOOL & CHEMICAL HYGIENE):

  • Not showing categories which are disabled by Admin Settings..

DATABASE CHANGES:

  • Added New table assignment_object_type_map for check list assignment.
  • Added New columns (allowed_only jsonb type, restricted Boolean type) to inspection template table for check list assignments.
  • Added new Priority column to hazard_pictogram_master table and updated this column with value-based priority.
  • Added New tables dashboards, dashboard_components, component_type_master, filter_master and component_filter_map for New Dashboard.
  • Inserted dashboard components data in dashboard_components table.
  • Updated the component_filter_map table with respective component mapping values.
